Review of exciting keynotes in our K+N IMPULSE.HUB

11:00 - 11:45 p.m Carolina Meseguer Girbés, product designer

Design for the working environments of tomorrow: innovation through cooperation

Changes in the world of work are characterised by digitalisation and globalisation. The importance of cooperation between companies and universities is a key to innovation. She shares practical examples from her work at König + Neurath. Carolina discusses international trends in office design and the integration of global influences into local solutions. A key point is sustainability, which she sees as an essential principle for modern design, especially through longevity and modularity. She also emphasises practicality and ergonomics and outlines a vision for future office concepts. Finally, she calls for interdisciplinary collaboration in order to develop innovative solutions for the challenges of the modern working world.

Design projects with the Schwäbisch Gmünd University of Art and Design

In a joint project between König + Neurath and students from the Schwäbisch Gmünd University of Art and Design, we have conceived and in some cases realised very different projects on the subject of "flexible office" over the past year. Experience the history and aim of these projects in short and informative slots. Always presented by the person behind the idea and Carolina Meseguer Girbés (Product Design König + Neurath).

14:00 - 14:45 a.m. Geogris Tesfamariam, change expert

"New spaces" as enablers on the way to new working environments

For employees and managers, transition means above all "new thinking", "new actions" and "new feelings". Together, we will examine "new spaces" as enablers on the way to new working environments and take a look at the art world to draw inspiration from it. Corona has changed the world of work: Some work at their usual workplace, others work from home, others in cafés or in completely different places. The boundaries between work and leisure are becoming blurred, employees feel less connected to their employer and it is becoming more difficult to maintain the corporate culture. This presents companies with challenges.

15:30 - 16:00 a.m. Georg Frech, Head of K+N Academy

Employer attractiveness and work culture - recognise, evaluate and develop!

Employer attractiveness and work culture are closely linked and essential for a motivating working environment. An attractive employer brand therefore combines external image cultivation with a positive internal work culture. A synchronised promotion of employer attractiveness and the recognition and development of work culture strengthens the employer brand, improves employee satisfaction and productivity, attracts talent and promotes the long-term success of the company. But what does this mean in practice?

11:00 - 11:45 p.m. Apameh Schönauer, graduate engineer, architect

"Why we are all architects. What leadership can learn from the construction site."

Over 11 million women with a migrant background live in Germany. Unfortunately, many of them are still disadvantaged and do not have the same opportunities in our society or on the labour market as women without a migration background, let alone men. My mission is to encourage the young women among them in particular to become the best version of themselves, to think big and be bold - to fulfil their dreams here. I want to be a role model for the many young girls, to encourage them and ignite their potential for all of us.

14:00 - 14:45 a.m. Dennis Fischer, change expert

Stay cool! Step by step through the VUCA world!

In today's fast-paced world, many employees feel overwhelmed. They barely manage to complete their daily tasks and are expected to work in a more agile, faster and customer-orientated way. Big changes succeed - but only through small steps. That's why the 5-star speaker's motto is "Motivation instead of resignation". He explains how his clients are dealing with the current challenges and how each individual can make a difference. This not only strengthens the resilience of employees, but also triggers a change in corporate culture.

15:30 - 16:00 a.m. Carina Hölzer, interior designer

From style to function: designing human-centred office environments

In her keynote speech, Carina Hölzer sheds light on the evolution of office design and the challenges of the modern working world. She analyses current design trends and emphasises the importance of ergonomics and functionality over and above aesthetic aspects. The focus is on people, taking into account individual needs and working methods to promote well-being and productivity.

Carina introduces König + Neurath's K+N STYLE.FINDER, a tool that defines four styles for modern office environments: Flow, Pure, Timeless and Vision. These style worlds help to combine individual work culture and personal preferences. Flexibility and scalability is emphasised as a key factor in creating adaptive working environments. Carina also talks about sustainability and health through environmentally friendly materials and biophilic design.

11:00 - 11:45 p.m. Fabian Ulitzka, AI expert

AI and work culture - risk or opportunity?

Artificial intelligence is the ultimate search engine that understands and interprets the web. It knows exactly what you want and delivers the right results. But what role do humans play in this model? Does it offer more opportunities or risks? And how do you manage the resulting mix? These are the questions that Fabian Ulitzka addresses.

14:00 - 14:45 a.m. David Borst, futurologist

This is how we will live and work in the future!

The future holds some exciting and unusual questions: Where do you travel to with the self-driving hotel room? What do you give your friends for their 300th birthday? What will I do if my washing machine is smarter than me? How would I like to optimise myself thanks to Medical Health? How will autonomous driving change my working hours? 5-star speaker and futurologist David Borst knows the answers to these questions and takes away the fear of the future in his exciting presentation.

15:30 - 16:15 a.m. - Daniel Kretz und Nathalie Schneider, MPS ARCHONIC

Create. Work. Space. - The path to the new world of work

The office of tomorrow enables people to work productively and effectively on solutions. We increase the added value of every office through an intelligent space programme and hybrid use of space. Factors such as "individual working methods", "mobile working" and "potential growth" are decisive for this and are considered individually in the planning for each organisation. Based on this, possible desk-sharing solutions can be qualitatively evaluated and functioning workplace concepts developed.

11:00 - 11.45 p.m. Patricia Podewin at "Neue Narrative"

Room in room - Where do we want to work?

What will the organisation of the future look like? How does it feel? And what can I do today to make my organisation fit for the future? This vision is based on three building blocks: role-based working, really good meetings and working with tension. The implementation requires not only courage and determination, but above all concrete, directly applicable tools and methods.

14:00 - 14:45 a.m. Johannes Brennig, sustainability manager

How do we make eco a routine?

The keynote speech will address a pragmatic approach to promoting sustainable behaviour. It is less about groundbreaking new solutions and more about integrating already known environmentally friendly practices into everyday life. Many environmentally friendly behaviours are already known. The challenge lies in consistently implementing these practices. The focus should be on making these known sustainable behaviours routine. König + Neurath is presented as an exemplary company that implements this approach.
